A documentary that, through the extraordinary career of Renato Casaro – the greatest Italian illustrator of all time – retraces the last 70 years of international cinema.
Over the course of his long career, he has created thousands of posters, many of which have become iconic, establishing himself as a point of reference for the world’s most important filmmakers.
By celebrating Casaro, we also celebrate cinema itself and the dreams it has inspired in the collective imagination.
It is a story of Italian creativity, artisanal excellence, graphic innovation, and artistic collaboration, told through the words, anecdotes, and testimonies of the greatest directors, producers, and actors who have worked with him.
